Our resort holiday villa is located 3 1/2 miles from Walt Disney World. This villa is ideal for you and your family and is close by to all major attractions.

We have central air conditioning throughout the villa and we also have ceiling fans located in all 3 Bedrooms and in the Living Room. We make available a complete  kitchen including stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, coffee maker, kitchen silverware, glasses, knives and much more. We have  Cable T.V. hooked up in the living room area and also in  the master bedroom. There is a VCR located in  both the living room area and also the master bedroom to be able to watch other movies that we will supply in the unit while you are away on holiday. The laundry room is equipped with a  washing machine, drier, iron and ironing board. A telephone is located in the kitchen as well as 2 other master bedrooms. Local calls are free and the telephones are easy to hook up to data ports.

Each bedroom has large closet space  and plenty of draws throughout the villa..

All towels and bed sheets are provided. Electricity, water, utilities, cleaning and local telephone calls are included..

In accordance with Florida State Law, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors located inside each bedroom and also in the main hallway.

This villa is covered by insurance and complies with all the regulations associated with short term leasing.
